We have had a great experience with Marble City and all our bathrooms are commented on by guests. Kevin was so helpful from start to finish. He took the time to walk my wife around the warehouse to show her different styles and colours of marble educating her on what would be the best fit for our interior. The workmanship was second to none. Everything was made and installed on time without any problems unlike various challenges we had with the rest of the house development. Kevin was a breath of fresh air and really cared about making our first experience of designing bathrooms from scratch a breeze. He had invaluable tips and without his input we would have probably made mistakes along the way. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them in the next project.

I drove to Marble City to choose a stone for our home project. Was met by a very dismissive member of staff who couldn’t wait to get rid of me handing me a business card and asking me to call her. When I looked back as I was leaving I saw her chatting and giggling with her colleagues. Terrible customer service so will as a point of principle take my custom elsewhere!

Had the most efficient and kind service from Kevin earlier this week . I needed a very quick turnaround of a marble reception desk top for my office and though the policy here was a 7 day turnaround, Kevin and his team kindly worked tirelessly and not only cut and polished but even delivered within two days . I needed a piece of stone cutting for my bathroom, and had made the template myself. Such a small job, but it was no trouble at all for Kevin, who was very professional but also good fun at the same time! He turned it round for me in a couple of days and then when I had to bring it back to have a tiny bit taken off (I'd made my template a bit tight!) he had it done there and then at no additional cost. Fab service and I would definitely return
