Marble City has provided us with excellent marble and excellent service!!! We have been looking everywhere for a large 8 pointed marble star to put in our living room, and to our dismay, not a single affordable marble company had it, or was willing to produce it, and after a month or so, we had completely decided on a new project for our living room until my wife discovered Marble City a few streets from her workplace and when she had asked about a 8 pointed marble star to put in the centre of the room, they actually had it, and even offered to produce a custom made one, where we asked to supply them with the exact Emperador stone pieces we wanted it made from (we had reserved a special batch just for the central living room) and the exact dimensions, and Thomas, who was the adviser there worked so hard to get it created and delivered early so that we can fit it in before our stonemason left for Scotland. The marble they have produced is of the highest quality (although we supplied a third of it with our Dark Emperador, the white marble they provided was sublime also), and the service was also excellent. I can't note a single fault with either the 120cm x 120cm marble or their service. Well done guys! Highly recommend!

Trecked to Marble City with a tile I wanted a few more of. Was promised a call back next day with a price. No call. Called them back to remind them -- was promised a price would be supplied. Never heard from them. I guess as I only wanted a small number of tiles, they weren't interested. Luckily I managed to get the tiles elsewhere from a company that was interested in my business.

Marble City supplied us with a kitchen worktop and a huge marble splash back. Even though initially there was a miscalculation on one of the worktop pieces, they remade this to the correct size, speedily and without fuss. I'd use them again without question and would have no qualms about recommending them to anyone.

We have been dealing with Gavin at Marble City for a few years and have found them to be a excellent company to deal with. The turn around time was kept to a minimum when required and the quality of the product exceptional.

Terrible overpriced service. I bought kitchen surfaces from Marble City this year. The project management was poor as they had not estimated the time scale for the job at all. Don't buy from this business! I recommend Verona Marble instead.

Really wonderful experience working with Kevin from Marble City, he went above and beyond. We are really pleased with the marble we have received, it was just what we were looking for. Thanks for all your help Kevin and team. We will be in touch again, Team Anna Jones.

I drove to Marble City to choose a stone for our home project. Was met by a very dismissive member of staff who couldn’t wait to get rid of me handing me a business card and asking me to call her. When I looked back as I was leaving I saw her chatting and giggling with her colleagues. Terrible customer service so will as a point of principle take my custom elsewhere!
