Matthew and his team sorted out the fitting of a vanity top in our bathroom. By a series of mishaps and miscommunications our original contractors who shall remain nameless had managed to bust two marble tops and miscut a 3rd so it did not quite fit. I got exasperated and went to !Marble City who are very local to me. Job sorted very promptly and efficiently over the Christmas period. Wish I’d to them first. Had no problems with speaking to Tom minutes ago in regards to quote and email whom seemed very polite and respectful. On the other hand the idiot that decided to pick up the call second time round has just lost me as a customer due to his stink attitude and terrible customer service. I suggest if you are having a bad day do not bring your personal problems in to work.

Marble City provide a professional service at a good price. Our granite tops are of the highest quality and the finishing is superb. As part of our self-build project, we planned a large kitchen including a 2.1 metre island. Having looked at quite a few granite suppliers, we’re really pleased we chose Marble City to template, make and fit our granite tops. The whole process was smooth, efficient and surprisingly stress-free. We had an extremely professional, friendly team of fitters and the communication throughout was excellent.

I just had a great experience getting a new kitchen top @ Marble City. The team led by Gavin was passionate about doing a good end to end job which is key as much can go wrong. I received sensible, patient and practical advice when choosing . The template and installation was carried out by skilled craftsmen quickly and with minimal intrusion. We were delighted with the end product and how smooth the whole operation was. No hesitation to recommend to anyone serious about their kitchen

From the first phone call I felt confident with the company and Kevin who I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, easy to book an appointment for the estimate, very good price compared with another two estimates. Booking made to arrange a template, the two guys arrived punctually and had all sorts of wonderful technical laser equipment to measure with, also had great advise on cleaning and ways to prevent any damage, they came back 5 days later and fitted all to absolute perfection and just 3 days before xmas. We couldn't be more happy with the service and quality. Thanks so much. We had 20mm quartz L shape with upstands, window ledge, island with hob and downdraft extractor.

I don't generally write reviews but feel compelled to in this case because our experience with Marble City was such a positive one. Adriana whose calmness, efficiency and charm made the whole process such a pleasure is a star and a huge asset to the company.
